How does it work?

10" OF WATER SATURATED WITH 1000 LBS OF EPSOM SALT

Skin-temperature water that's super-saturated with Epsom salt completely supports your body without any pressure points, allowing pain and tension to melt away.

AN ENVIRONMENT WHERE SESORY INFORMATION IS REDUCED

You can leave the float pod open or close it to minimize exterior light and sound.

 

Reducing sensory input reduces the work that your brain has to do, allowing you to enter a prolonged theta state (that point between waking and sleeping) which has an incredibly restorative effect.

what to know for your appointment

JUST BRING YOURSELF

You don't have to bring anything, not even a bathing suit. It's better to float with nothing on. For your comfort, each float pod has its own private suite complete with shower.

 

We provide everything you need - towels, sandals,  bathrobe, shampoo, conditioner and soap, earplugs and even soft contact lens solution. There is a hairdryer in the dressing room.

YOU DECIDE HOW YOU WANT TO FLOAT

We have 2 large, luxury float pods - each in its own suite - and you decide how you want to float. With the lid up or down, interior lights on or off, and even the option to listen to music during your session or not.

HOW DO I PREPARE MYSELF TO FLOAT?

  • Avoid shaving in the hours before your session; otherwise the skin will sting for a few minutes.

  • Avoid caffiene and heave meals before floating because it can interfere with your ability to relax

  • If you color or dye your hair, you must wait to float until there is no residual color - because the color can run, compromising the quality of our water and ruining your hair
